Damaged-in-Transit Replacements (Free)

• If your order arrives with shipping-related damage, we will replace the affected items at no cost.

• Return Window: To qualify, the product must remain uninstalled, and clear photos of the damage must be emailed to us within 30 business days of delivery.

Unopened Merchandise Returns

• Unopened, resale-ready items may be returned subject to a 25 % restocking fee.

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
