Lay out compatible drawer-slide and hinge mounting holes with a compact red drilling jig and the included drill accessories. This installation kit provides reference positions for supported undermount slide clips, drawer rear-hook holes and hinge mounting patterns.
One mounting jig.
One 7 mm drill bit with a drill-bit depth collar.
One Allen wrench.
One 2.5 mm drill bit.
Setting the rear-hook drilling depth and locating left/right drawer-box rear-hook holes for compatible slides.
Locating compatible undermount slide-clip screw holes.
Locating compact hinge mounting holes in face-frame cabinets.
Reference notches for supported frameless hinge-plate layouts at 28 mm and 37 mm setbacks.
Confirm the exact drilling pattern, bit diameter and depth required by your slide or hinge before use. The supplied 7 mm bit is not appropriate for a hardware model requiring a different rear-hook hole diameter. Follow the factory guide and the hardware’s own specifications.
The mounting jig is brilliant red plastic. Slides, hinges, mounting plates, cabinets and power tools are sold separately. This kit does not include a hinge-cup boring bit.
