Convert a compatible undermount slide installation for a pull-out shelf with rear mounting blocks that attach to the shelf apron. The blocks replace the need to notch and bore the shelf rear for the slide engagement.

Listed block dimensions: 58.5 mm long × 10 mm wide × 14 mm high.
For compatible USE58-100, USE58-50 or USE34-100 undermount slides.
Maximum apron thickness: 16 mm (5/8 in) for USE58 series; 19 mm (3/4 in) for USE34 series.
One compatible left-and-right release clip pair is required per shelf and is sold separately.
