Plan the 24-inch cabinet depth, selected height and width with the surrounding cabinetry and ceiling. Check door swing, nearby handles, required fillers and the usable space below the cabinet. For locations above or beside an appliance, follow the appliance manufacturer’s clearance, ventilation and support requirements.
