Catalina blind-corner wall cabinets use one Shaker door to provide access to upper-cabinet storage extending into a corner. These Catalina ready-to-assemble cabinets ship ready to assemble (RTA) and use a universal cabinet design for left- or right-hand layouts.
Allow at least a 3-inch concealed gap behind the blind end at the wall where the cabinet runs turn the corner. This installation space lets the installer compensate for an out-of-square wall and gives the door room to swing properly. The gap is behind the blind end; it is separate from any visible filler needed between adjoining cabinet fronts.
Allow at least 33 inches of wall space for the 30-inch-wide cabinet. This includes the 3-inch concealed gap. Confirm the exact corner layout and the model-specific installation drawing before fastening.
