MDI Inset Glass Diagonal Corner Wall Cabinet
Bring display storage into a kitchen corner with a single glass door set across a diagonal cabinet front. The door fits within a solid-wood face frame for the flush Inset appearance. This cabinet ships ready to assemble (RTA).
Sizes and configuration
- WDC2536GD: 25½ inches along each corner wall × 36 inches high; 13½-inch side depth.
- WDC2542GD: 25½ inches along each corner wall × 42 inches high; 13½-inch side depth.
- One inset framed glass door with its included glass insert. WDC2536GD includes two adjustable shelves; WDC2542GD includes three.
Construction and hardware
- ⅝-inch plywood cabinet box with dovetail construction and a solid-wood face frame.
- Soft-close door hardware.
- Framed glass doors sit within the surrounding face frame with narrow reveal gaps.
- The glass-door interior matches the selected finish.
Choose your finish
Choose Hazelnut Oak, Origami White or Truffle Brown. Hazelnut Oak uses white oak door framing. Truffle Brown uses birch. Origami White has a painted finish. The framed door centers are glass. Natural grain and stain variation are part of the wood finishes.
The cabinet exterior and the visible glass-door interior match the selected door finish. Stained cabinet exteriors use birch veneer. Small natural-wood edges may be visible at the top and bottom. Optional decorative end panels, skins, and fillers are sold separately.
Assembly and installation planning
The RTA package provides the cabinet components, door assembly, specified shelves and door hardware, including the glass inserts. Assembly and installation are required. Decorative knobs and pulls, fillers, trim, end panels, lighting and wall installation fasteners are not included.
The cabinet occupies 25½ inches along each of the two adjoining walls. Its diagonal front bridges the corner; the 13½-inch side depth is a separate measurement from that corner footprint. Check the adjoining cabinet alignment and full door-swing clearance.
Install level, square and securely anchored to suitable wall framing. Use fasteners appropriate for the wall construction. Check ceiling, countertop and adjacent appliance clearances before finalizing the layout. Handle glass inserts carefully during assembly and follow the supplied installation guidance.
