Maui Shaker is a ready-to-assemble cabinet collection with hardwood doors, plywood cabinet boxes, dovetail drawer boxes, full-extension undermount slides, and concealed soft-close hinges. This guide organizes the construction specifications that matter before ordering.
Maui Door Construction and Profile
Maui uses a 3/4-inch-thick, five-piece cope-and-stick door. Its 2-3/4-inch hardwood frame surrounds a 1/4-inch veneered center panel. A soft outer cove and inner ogee detail give Maui more depth than a plain square-edge Shaker door while preserving the familiar recessed-panel structure.
